(1) I sent the seller a question about the item. He answered it promptly and fully. (Not everybody does that.) (2) He then shipped the item to me promptly. (The LAST GUY pretended that a "snowstorm" had prevented him from getting to the post office for five days. I checked. They had TWO INCHES.) (3) The item is exactly what he promised. (4) And when packaging it, the seller put the blocks of styrofoam into little plastic bags, so I don't now have tiny white balls all over my house. Bravo!

The equipment arrived beaten, poorly packaged and without adequate protection, I contacted the seller and he washed his hands saying that he would send it back, it is more of a problem to return it and he is not aware of everything that is involved in returning an item, not recommended as a seller.

The packaged was properly packed as all of our packages are packed to prevent internal damage through normal shipping. The shipping company dropped or crushed the package and caused the damage before it arrived. We ask the buyer to RETURN the item and they declined. This is a normal action to take when an item arrives damaged. The buyer was ok with keeping it, but then lies about the process and slanders our business. This buyer takes advantage of sellers while lying about the situation.
